How Wheech works, plus how to reach us if something is broken or you need help with your account.
How it works
- Submit a matchup for the current NFL week.
- Vote on 3 matchups, then tap Submit Votes.
- Your result unlocks right after submission.
Vote credits
- Earn 1 vote credit for every matchup you vote on from the Vote tab or by tapping Vote More.
- Use credits to skip the voting line when unlocking your own matchups (3 credits = 1 unlock).
- Credits reset at the end of each NFL week.
Voting
- Tap a player to pick. You can change it before submitting.
- Votes only send when you tap Submit Votes.
- If fewer than 3 matchups are available, vote on what’s there.
Results
- Results are based on recent crowd votes, so they move as opinion changes.
- When votes are still coming in, you’ll see Early voting. Check back closer to kickoff — the split updates as more people vote.
Refresh
Refreshing a result requires a new round of 3 votes (or 3 vote credits).
Account & data requests
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email us from the address on the account. See How to delete your account in the Privacy Policy.
Purchases
Season Pass charges are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow those stores’ policies. We can confirm entitlement on our side if you email us with the Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase.
