Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wheech mobile app and related services (the “Service”) operated by GGRLS Software LLC (“GGRLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Wheech, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Wheech helps fantasy football managers compare start/sit options by submitting head-to-head player matchups and viewing crowd vote percentages. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Wheech does not guarantee any fantasy football outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Wheech. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

  • A free account is required to vote. Sign-in is available through Google or Apple.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.
  • One person per account. Do not share credentials or create accounts to manipulate votes.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service.

4. How Wheech works

  • You may submit matchups for the current NFL week and vote on matchups submitted by others.
  • Results reflect crowd votes within a recent time window and may use projection fallbacks when vote volume is low.
  • Vote rules, credits, and season timing are described in the app and may change as the product evolves.
  • During off-season or grace periods, certain features (such as new submissions) may be unavailable.

5. Not advice

Wheech provides crowd-sourced opinions, not professional, financial, or gambling advice. You are solely responsible for your lineup decisions. Past crowd splits do not guarantee future performance. Wheech is not affiliated with the NFL, NFL Players Association, or any fantasy sports platform.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to vote or submit matchups
  • Attempt to manipulate vote results or circumvent vote-gate or ad rules
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
  • Harass others or post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person

7. Ads and Season Pass

The free tier of Wheech is ad-supported. Free users may see banner ads and must watch a rewarded video ad before viewing certain results, as described in the app.

The Season Pass is a one-time in-app purchase (currently $5.99 USD per NFL regular season, weeks 1–18) that removes ads and unlocks additional features shown in the app. Pricing and availability may change before or after release. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Season Pass entitlements are tied to the NFL season purchased and do not automatically renew.

8. Intellectual property

Wheech, its branding, design, and software are owned by GGRLS Software LLC or its licensors. NFL team names, player names, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Wheech is not endorsed by or affiliated with the NFL.

By submitting matchups and votes, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and aggregate that activity to operate and improve the Service (for example, to calculate crowd percentages and voter scores). You retain any rights you already have in content you provide.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using Wheech, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GGRLS SOFTWARE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Termination

You may stop using Wheech at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GGRLS Software LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
